Fit & Compatibility

Fits standard shisha bowls placed on a tray. Compatible with Lotus-style HMDs such as the Kaloud Lotus I+ that sit flush without side handles. Not suitable for chimney-style tops or HMDs with protruding handles that may contact the mesh.

How to Use It

• Set your bowl on the tray and fit your HMD or foil as usual
• Place the SERP cage over and around the bowl so the mesh clears the HMD walls
• Add fully lit coals through the open top using tongs
• Rotate or adjust coals as needed throughout the session — no need to remove the cage

Care & Maintenance

• Allow to cool completely before handling after each session
• Wipe down the mesh with a damp cloth to remove ash residue
• For stubborn build-up, soak in warm water with mild dish soap and scrub gently
• Dry thoroughly before storing to prevent surface discolouration

Will it fit my Kaloud Lotus?

Yes — Lotus-style HMDs fit within the mesh clearance as long as there is no side handle protruding into the cage walls.

Can I use it outdoors as a wind cover?

The mesh design is optimised for ash containment and coal safety, not wind blocking. For wind protection, consider a dedicated wind cover from our range.
