Fit & compatibility

• Bowl/HMD: Supplied clay bowl is foil-only and is not compatible with HMDs. If you prefer HMD, upgrade to an HMD-ready bowl.
• Coal shape: Works well with stick/“logs” style coconut charcoal; we recommend two sticks to start.
• Case capacity: Case fits the shisha and hose only (accessories like burner/charcoal/foil are stored separately).

How to dial it in

• Pack bowl loosely with your favourite flavour, leaving 2–3 mm to the rim.
• Wrap tight with 40 µm foil; use the poker to add small, even holes across the surface.
• Light two stick coals on the burner until fully ashed; place on the foil edges and rotate every few minutes.
• Draw gently for the first 2–3 minutes; if it tastes hot, remove a coal or widen the hole pattern next session.

• Can I use a heat management device (HMD)? The supplied clay bowl is foil-only. If you want HMD, upgrade to an HMD-compatible bowl and use 2–3 cubes as recommended by that bowl.
• Which charcoal brand comes with the kit? We include quality coconut sticks from what’s in stock. If you have a preference, write it in your order notes and we’ll aim to match it.
• Will everything fit in the case? The shisha and hose fit. Burner, coals and other accessories are stored separately.
