How to dial it in

• Water: 10–15 mm above the down-stem bell for a balanced draw (water-level guide).
• Pack: 10–12 g in the clay bowl; level, slightly fluffy; tight foil.
• Heat: three 26 mm coconut cubes; vent the foil at ~10 minutes; rotate every 6–8 minutes.
• Purge when warmth creeps in to clear the chamber and refresh flavour.
