How to dial it in

• Water level: 15–18 mm above the down-stem bell for a balanced draw and quiet bubble.
• Foil packs (included bowl): Tight foil + two 26 mm cubes; add a third after 5–7 minutes if needed.
• Phunnel + HMD: Start with two cubes for blonde leaf; 2–3 for darker leaf depending on cut/density.
• Purge: Slow, steady breath fully clears the chamber; half-purge to refresh flavour mid-session.

Craft & performance

Built around a stainless-steel core with electro-plated brass accents, the Mini Beast Oxide gives an open, flavour-forward draw and a crisp purge. The weighted mini base evens the heat curve across longer rounds, while the Oxide finish wipes clean easily after each session.

Care & upkeep

• Rinse stem and base warm with mild dish soap; use a soft nylon brush on the down-stem.
• Avoid abrasives/strong alkalis on the plated exterior; dry thoroughly to preserve the sheen.
• The included traditional KM hose is non-washable — choose silicone if you rinse between flavours.

Quick fixes

• Harsh start: Lift HMD lid 10–15 s or edge coals; for foil, reduce pack density.
• Thin clouds: Fully light coals; add a third cube after 5 minutes; check seals/water line.
• Restrictive draw: Lower water 5–8 mm; ensure hose grommet isn’t over-compressed.
