Fit & compatibility

• Coals: Works best with natural cube charcoal (2–3 cubes to start).
• Hose: Traditional KM hose included (style/colour varies). Leather-style hoses are not washable; silicone hoses are compatible if you prefer rinse-clean convenience.

How to dial it in

• Foil setup first: Stretch heavy-duty foil tight; poke a wide, even pattern to match the bowl face.
• Heat curve: Start with 2 natural cubes; add/rotate a 3rd after 5–7 minutes to stabilise flavour.
• Ice bucket: Fill halfway with ice and a splash of water to seat the cubes; empty and dry after each session.
• Purge: One steady breath for a full clear; half purge for quick refreshes mid-session.
