How to dial it in

• Water level: fill until water sits 15–20 mm above the down-stem bell.
• Pack: level/fluffy for blonde; semi-dense for dark leaf (10–12 g in the included clay bowl).
• Heat: start 2 × 26 mm coconut cubes; add a 3rd after 5–7 minutes for longer runs; rotate every ~10 minutes. Pair with 26 mm coconut cubes for steadier heat.
• Purge: when warmth creeps in or flavour flattens, do a slow, full purge to reset the bowl.
