How to dial it in

• Fully light two 26 mm cubes until edges are grey. Place in the Lotus I+ with lid off for 2–3 minutes.
• Cap and adjust vents to taste. If flavour sharpens, crack the lid or remove for 10–15 seconds to drop heat.
• Swap in fresh cubes around the 45–50 minute mark to extend clouds. Never preheat the Lotus I+.
