Fit & Compatibility
The short form factor seats low on any hookah - the base diameter is standard grommet-compatible. Rim accepts universal HMDs including Kaloud Lotus variants and foil-and-coal setups.
How to Use It
The well is deep despite the squat exterior - pack around 20 grams loosely around the spire. Foil tightly with pinpricks or seat your HMD on the wide flat rim. Two to three lit coconut coals, three to five minute warm-up, draw slowly.
Care & Maintenance
- Let the bowl cool completely before handling or cleaning.
- Soak in warm water to loosen residue, then scrub with a soft brush or sponge.
- Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals - they can dull the glaze over time.
- Rinse thoroughly and air-dry before storage to prevent flavour carryover.

Why does the Diablo look so different from the other Essentials bowls?
It's a different mould entirely - a short stacked-disc form rather than the taller bowl-and-stem silhouette of the Queen, King, Knight, Ace, and Joker. Chosen specifically for customers who want something visually distinct.
Is the raw matte exterior safe to handle hot?
The raw ceramic exterior heats like any ceramic bowl - let it cool before handling. The raw finish doesn't change its heat behaviour, only its texture.
Does the short form affect pack capacity?
No - the interior well is deeper than the exterior suggests. You get a comfortable 20-gram pack with room for heat management.
