Fit & Compatibility
Standard 1/2" KM hose fitting and standard KM grommet sizing throughout. The supplied bowl works with foil and foil-plus-screen setups. Any phunnel bowl with standard KM grommet fit swaps straight in for heat-management sessions with an HMD.
Care & Maintenance
- Disassemble the multi-piece stem and rinse each section with warm water after each session.
- Use the included stem brush to clear the downstem interior - important for the first rinse before use.
- Wash the glass base with warm water and a splash of lemon juice to remove flavour ghosting.
- Wipe the exterior finish with a soft, dry cloth - avoid abrasive cleaners, which strip plated and colour-coated finishes.
- Replace grommets periodically if they lose their seal. Store the pipe upright or disassembled in a dry space.

FAQ
What makes the blue colour run rare?
KM produces coloured Shareef variants in limited batches rather than as a consistent line. The blue finish isn't run on a regular schedule, which means availability comes and goes. We don't guarantee restocks.
Is the stem the same across all Shareef colours?
Yes. The 2-level stem shape, airway, and construction are identical across Silver, Red, Blue, and Black. The colour coating is the only difference between them.
How do I care for the colour coating?
Wipe the exterior with a soft dry cloth only. Abrasive cleaners, solvents, and heavy scrubbing will strip the coating. Standard interior rinsing doesn't affect the finish.

Every Khalil Mamoon is genuinely handmade in Cairo. Expect minor variation - plating tone, visible weld marks on the stem, small scuffs, and hand-painted glass patterns that differ bottle to bottle. These are not defects. They confirm authenticity. Your piece may also ship with a differently coloured hose or base than our stock photos show, because no two KMs are identical.
Rinse before your first session. KM stems are forged in an open workshop and often carry fine dust or sand residue on the interior. A warm water rinse through the stem with the included brush before your first use is standard practice.
Shipped with extra care - at our cost. Larger KMs may dispatch in two parcels - typically stem in one, glass base and bowl in another - to protect everything in transit. Smaller models travel safely in a single parcel. You pay one flat shipping rate at checkout, and we absorb any additional parcel cost ourselves so your KM arrives safely.
International orders. Due to their size and the need to ship in multiple parcels, Khalil Mamoon shishas aren't available through our standard international checkout. If you're ordering from outside Australia, please contact us first so we can prepare an accurate shipping quote.
Your live delivery options, prices and dates are shown above. We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post registered post: fully tracked, with signature required on delivery. If no one's available to sign, your parcel waits at your local post office for collection. Please allow extra time around public holidays.
For hygiene and safety reasons, shisha pipes are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
