This is Kaloud’s original precision heat-management device in Niris (black). It replaces foil and regulates charcoal heat so bowls run smoother and taste cleaner. Place two fully lit 26 mm coconut cubes inside; start with the lid off for a couple of minutes, then set the twist-vent lid to nudge heat up or down. You’ll get consistent temperatures and fewer ash spikes for about an hour of balanced clouds.

How to dial it in

• Light coals to full edge-to-edge grey; never preheat the HMD.
• Start lid off for 2–3 minutes; cap and set vents half-open. Open more for denser heat; close slightly for delicate blends.
