Payment for all tobacco products can only be made via POLi, Cash, or bank transfer/deposit. We cannot legally accept any other form of payment (ZipPay / Credit Card will automatically result in cancellation of the order). NO VOUCHERS OR DISCOUNTS PERMITTED FOR TOBACCO PRODUCTS!
SHIPPING FAQ
We are online only but we do have a pick up facility in Knoxfield VIC.
All orders placed before 12pm AEST during Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be packed, processed and despatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 12pm AEST will be packed and shipped on the next business day.
How much does the shipping cost?
- FREE SHIPPING automatically applies to all products if the order total is more than $120. We will use Couriers Please or Australia Post Standard to send these parcels. You will also get an automatically calculated express shipping rate where applicable.
- A flat rate of $8 is displayed at the checkout along with an automatically calculated express shipping rate.
- Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on location, weight & size of the product.
- At the check out you will see all the options including Standard / Express & Same-day options
- Please note when you select Express it will be sent via Australia Post Express or Couriers Please
How does the local delivery work?
- We will deliver any order placed before 4 PM. An option will automatically appear at the check out if you live within 5 KM's of Knoxfield. We have the option of pick up or same-day delivery Melbourne-wide.
How does Same-Day Delivery work?
- We will deliver the order if placed before 5 PM - Melbourne wide on the same day. This is only a trial and can be stopped without any notice.
- Same-day delivery will either be by our third part couriers or contractors.
- Pricing is calculated by Go-People based on the distance from our storage facility in Knoxfield.

PICKUPS
Pickup in Knoxfield can be arranged by selecting "Pick Up" in the checkout screen. Please note: we do not have a store-front to browse, it's only a collection facility.

Any order placed after 12PM will be ready for collection on the next day - you can call us on 0499 744 742 to see if same day collection is possible.
