Order Confirmation and Invoices When you place an order with The Premium Way, you'll receive an email confirmation that includes your invoice. Please double-check the shipping address and items in your order. If anything needs adjusting, contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery Orders Keep an eye out for a separate email or SMS with tracking details once our courier partners have picked up your items. Orders placed after 12 PM on a weekday will usually be collected the next business day.
Pick-Up Orders We'll send you an email or SMS when your items are ready for collection, along with all the info you need to pick them up. Generally, any orders placed after 12 PM are ready for collection on the next business day. Need it urgently? Call us on 0499 744 742, and we might be able to organize something for the same day. Please note our collection hours:
- Mon-Fri: 8:30 AM-5 PM
- Sat: 9 AM-3 PM
- Sun: Appointment Only
- Please wait for the ready-for-collection email or SMS before heading to the store.
Same-Day Delivery Orders If you've opted for local or same-day delivery, orders placed before 3 PM will be delivered before 9 PM the same day. We'll let you know if same-day delivery encounters any issues due to courier circumstances.
Returns Returns are hassle-free. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days to return any items. Kindly note that we can't accept opened or used items for returns due to hygiene reasons.
